LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

What is covered:

• NAP assures and guarantees our parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part(s) is installed. The warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use.
• All warranty claims must be accompanied by original invoice.
• NAP warrants radiators and AC condensers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
• NAP guarantees certified chrome bumpers with a lifetime warranty for defects of the chrome finish and rust issues.
• NAP provides this warranty to any vehicle registered and normally operated with in any of the 50 states of United States of America.

What is not covered:

• Commercial vehicles are excluded from this warranty.
• Special order or electrical parts are not returnable.
• This warranty does not apply to any parts that has been repaired or altered or have not been installed properly.
• This warranty does not include any costs involved in installation or replacement, nor does it cover failure of perforation resulting from accident, damages, abuse, chemical corrosion or improper installation. The warranty does not cover costs involved with paint or preparation, or the materials to paint or prepare parts.
• Some states do not allow exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
